Philip Andriessen has extensive experience

procedures. He has over thirty years' international experience in Africa and

Sjef Ramakers has worked in the Telecom
Industry for over 40 years. He started as switching and transmission engineer.
He developed the international telecom consulting arm of KPN and became expert
in network architecture, access networks, GSM planning, IP-NGN, VoIP and billing.
He executed Telecom consulting projects in over 50 countries. He will be happy
