Client: UTS Curacao Project: UTS 1002 Business Process Management Expert: Pieter Lugtigheid
Together with the introduction of a new billing system all business processes were identified and developed. NTCS was contracted to manage the implementation of all business processes.
Client: Setar Aruba Project: Setar 924 Marketing strategy Expert: Guy Reiners
Develop new tariffs delivering the new Setar positioning and brand promise and strengthening the company's market position. Launch new tariffs for mobile, fixed voice, broadband and new voice-over-IP packages.
Client: UTS Curacao Project: UTS 913 Cost modelling Expert: Jaap Rouwé
UTS requested NTCS to assists with the costs modelling of all services. Together with UTS staff an NTCS cost modelling expert currently reviews UTS’s Financial and Technical administrations to create a cost modelling tool.
Client: Telekom Slovenije Project: TS 901 Costing Expert: Wim van Dijk
Advise on tariffs, distribution, trade marketing, branding and advertising, usage and loyalty stimulation.
Client: Setar Aruba Project: Setar 1003 Expert: Paul Kelder
NTCS was contracted advise on the set-up of an internal audit department for Setar.

Setar operates both FttH and Coax Cable Networks. NTCS was contracted for advise on the strategy for future technological and commercial developments.
Client: Setar Aruba Project: Setar 818 Implementation and development of Access network registration system Experts: Ad Zalmstra and two others
In 2004 NTCS experts specified a new access network registration system that was later developed by a team of software developers and managed by NTCS. The system is frequently updated with new developments as ADSL and FttH. Currently all as-built network and splice drawings are being digitized by an NTCS team.

The successful access network registration system is being extended with a database that includes distances of all cable legs. With that information, customers can be informed on the ADSL speeds to be expected. NTCS is measuring the lengths of all cable legs for introduction into the database.
Client: Setar Aruba Project: Setar 929 Development of data hosting services Expert: Jeroen Meuleman
In line with the worldwide development of hosting data services and colocation of servers, Setar requested NTCS to develop the specifications and commercial packages for hosting data services for the busines environment of Aruba. .
Client: Setar Aruba Project: Setar 806 Development and implementation of a Network Operations Center Expert: Gert Eizinga
The new NOC monitors all networks and elements and reports the status. Phase 1 will monitor all IP based network elements as DSLAM’s, soft switches, leased lines and routers on their performance, notify maintenance engineers and reports Setar’s management and commercial staff. Quore Networks was selected to supply hardware, software and installation. Setar staff is being trained for efficient use of the NOC.
In a second phase other network elements will be connected to the NOC.
Client: Telbo Bonaire Project: Telbo 808 Access network registration and Recta implementation Expert: Ad Zalmstra
Telbo offers ADSL 2+ and IP-TV to its customer and therefore the quality of the copper access network becomes important. In order to improve the quality a pair registration system was introduced by NTCS experts, all pairs are being tested on correctness and quality, and the data is introduced in the new registration system.
Client: TelEm St. Maarten Project: TelEm 906 Network audit Expert: Ytsen Kooistra and Hans van Beek
TelEm group of Companies decided to upgrade its DSL services. Network performance, architecture and customer care being evaluated and improvements proposed.
Client: TNM Malawi Project: TNM 03 Management Services Expert: Werner Schrijver (and others)
TNM is one of two mobile operators in Malawi. After acquisition by a commercial consortium, NTCS was requested to provide a top management team (CEO, CCO, CTO) for the duration of three years to manage the company; undertake to expand the network and services substantially; and to uphold TNM’s status as a first class mobile service provider

UTS decided that all services and products should be described. Such a description supports excellen cusomer care, marketing & sales.
Client: Uniqa Suriname Project: UTS 812 Financial managenemt Expert: Jeroen Martinot
Uniqa is one of three mobile operators in Suriname. To support its financial organisation, NTCS provided a CFO for a few years to come.
