NTCS assists telco’s with providing interim and turn-around managers in all fields including CEO, CCO,CTO, CFO and HRM-officer. The basic philosophy of NTCS is to train local managers on-the-job to take over the management position as soon as feasible.
 

Our interim managers provide leadership for efficient functioning of all departments of the company including: Ensure and sustain a financial sound operation; Development of business strategy; Plan, develop and execute strategies to tackle competitor challenges; Develop the Company's business processes; Stimulate management information & reporting systems to ensure optimal co-operation and control; Take steps needed to improve the performance of each department as required; Establish and maintain solid contacts with business partners, investors, banks, interconnection partners, international bodies and competitors; Communication with the regulator and Regular reporting to the Board.
